Oyu Tolgoi is supporting the activities of the Temporary Committee established by Resolution No. 62 (2025) of Parliament by providing all necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.
To date, the company has cooperated fully, submitting more than 30,000 pages of documents to the Temporary Committee and has participated in numerous inspector meetings and discussions.
In light of safety concerns due to ongoing disturbances by organised groups, including at our Oyu Tolgoi offices, and an increase of misinformation on media, we have respectfully declined to participate in the Committee’s weekly meetings until further notice. The personal safety and well-being of our employees remains our highest priority.
We continue working with the Government Working Groups on a principle of constructive and solution-oriented dialogue, and we will continue to work together to make progress.
We are committed to ensuring the long-term sustainability and equitable benefits of Oyu Tolgoi, and we will continue to respect and support the oversight role of the Temporary Committee.
