The opportunity

We are looking for one (1) Officer Warehouse in Oyu Tolgoi LLC, Operations - Asset and Material Management Department based at OT mine site with a roster of 14 days on and 7 days off. Temporary role for 12 months.

The purpose of this role is to provide services and support on warehouse activities of the organizational unit in large complex environment in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the department's objectives and targeted plan.

What the role entails

  • Support on managing all shut down list and items for Concentrator and Truck/CP shop
  • Search on archiving documents about end user identify for pick up sign
  • Every Friday and Tuesday to work on goods returning to Warehouse
  • To perform delivery of Goods to end user Drop points
  • To pick and pack the issued-out goods for delivery
  • To engage with end users and colleagues as per The Way We WorkTo perform article checks and receipt goods
  • To do offsite receipt (when required)
  • To unload and load goods from trucks and onto trucks
  • To manage Archiving
  • Stock taking of all Vendor managed inventory across site (Weekly/Monthly)
  • Complete all work queue reviews as per the per plant stopper priority.
  • Ensure SOX Audit compliance is maintained without exception"

What you will need for this role

  • Postgraduate or equivalent education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or
  • Certificate or higher in Logistics/Procurement, Finance and Economics,
  • Operational Experience (Hands On) in a Warehousing environment university.
  • English language is preferred
  • A discipline relevant to the performing function.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
  • High School Diploma or certificate and trades certificate of Finance and Hydrocarbon (oil), Chemistry
  • Mongolian driver’s license with classifications of B, C, D and M
  • Certificate of operating a forklift and elevating work platform
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel & database software
