The opportunity

We are looking for one (1) Graduate Officer Training in our People and Organization - Operational Safety Training department based at Ulaanbaatar.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and project development and implementation support to the Training team.

What the role entails

MUST partnership project

• Assist in providing data analysis and prepares reports on effectiveness of various programs

• Assist with team’s projects to improve internal process and efficiency

• Provide support to Training specialist in successful implementation of project

• Support in setting-up vendors and process payments as required

SG employment Working group

• Assist in preparation and coordination of WG meetings

• Assist in implementing and administering effectiveness plans and policies

TVET development

• Support in developing local TVET colleges and their capabilities.

• Assist in monitoring project outcomes and determining efficiency.

Talent pipeline

• Assist in coordinating and delivering talent pipeline and training including but not limited to, scholasrhip, internship, graduate and development programs

What you will need for this role

  • Must have graduated in 2019, 2020 and 2021 hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university, majoring in Humanities (preferably Education and Human Resources), Business management, Information system management or relevant discipline.
  • Practical training or work experience in development and implementation of training or youth/student development programs is preferred.
  • Engineer IT or relevant discipline
  • Good English proficiency
  • Dedication to promoting a positive safety culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
